Independent Wisconsin marketplace Madison launch · Statewide vision
A local marketplace should make the community stronger.
WiscoMatch is its own Wisconsin-first brand for published service-provider contacts, source-linked farmers markets and events, practical guides, and clearly labeled marketplace, review, ticketing, and advertising launch previews.
Local first
Wisconsin businesses keep their customer relationships. Residents get direct access without being turned into a shared lead.
Evidence over hype
Source-linked business facts, research dates, moderation, clear corrections, and useful local context create durable trust.
Advertising with a label
Advertising checkout is not live. If paid placement launches, it must be labeled and cannot buy ratings or hidden influence over organic trust position.
Web, phone, and desktop
One WiscoMatch product, installed wherever Wisconsin needs it.
The current progressive web app shares one codebase across browsers, phones, tablets, and desktop. Native iOS and Android wrappers come after secure accounts, saved searches, verified reviews, messaging, and ticket payments are connected.

Marketplace standards
How WiscoMatch earns the authority it shares.
- Scoped business facts.Public-source profiles show their sources and research dates. Confirmed badges apply only to the evidence stated on that profile; credentials and insurance are not assumed.
- Original local content.City, service, and event pages must add Wisconsin-specific value—not swap place names into thin templates.
- Moderated review intake.Submitted reviews stay private until moderation. WiscoMatch does not publish an aggregate rating without qualifying reviews.
- Transparent sponsorship. No advertising checkout is live. If paid placement launches, it must be labeled and remain separate from editorial and organic ranking.
- Corrections and freshness.Profiles and event details show review or update dates, with a path to report errors.
Photo rights policy
Wisconsin deserves real visual trust, too.
WiscoMatch uses locally stored Wisconsin photography with documented reuse rights. Event organizers, sellers, and businesses must confirm they own submitted photos or have written publishing permission. We do not scrape copyrighted marketplace, event, or provider images from the web.

Know a great provider, event, market, or networking group?
Help identify the first organizations and community calendars WiscoMatch should verify for launch.
Customer requests should go only to businesses the customer chooses. Quote requests, business applications, event suggestions, and reviews are saved privately for review. Submitting an event or review does not publish it automatically.
